Shakespeare

THE EARL OF OXFORD – FRANCIS BACON – CHRISTOPHER MARLOWE THE BALD-HEADED STRATFORD MAN?

WHO WAS SHAKESPEARE???

Whatever your opinion, Shakespeare remains the most challenging and extraordinary playwright the world has, arguably, ever known – but to many he is still a foreign language and even a taboo, in term’s of school drama.

I CAN HELP!!!

As pupils, colleagues and referees alike will testify, total Immersion in Shakespeare is my absolute passion!

I have directed much acclaimed full-scale productions of Hamlet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Tempest and taken workshops on many more, such as King Lear, Macbeth, The Taming of The Shrew and Richard III.

I can structure for you the perfect Shakespeare Workshop, it could be a morning, part of a morning, or a full day: the workshop will be largely practical, dynamic and leave your pupils inspired and ready to approach Shakespeare with confidence.

If you are in the Hampshire area, I could produce and direct an abridged Shakespeare Production in a Week, should your school run a drama festival where such a long period of time off timetable might be viable, or I could run this in a Half Term for interested students. – I could also help direct and/or advise you on your first Shakespeare production.

Fees would be negotiable according to your timescale – please feel free to contact me for an initial chat: you’ll find all my contact details on the drop-down menu.
